摘要:目的:研究了蛋白质芯片技术应用于呋喃唑酮代谢物(AOZ)检测的可行性。方法:以免疫竞争原理建立蛋白芯片体系,通过各项影响因素的优化,得出了稳定的竞争曲线。结果:该蛋白芯片能实现对AOZ高通量的快速、准确的检测,检测限达到0.1ng/mL。结论:蛋白质芯片技术应用于食品抗生素检测有独特的优势,可以在该领域获得广泛的应用。
Objective:The feasibility of the protein biochip technology for the detection of the AOZ was studied.Methods:Protein biochip by indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassay was established.Through the optimization of various factors,competition curve was obtained.Results:The protein chip can achieve high throughput and accurate detection of AOZ.The detection limit is 0.1ng/mL.Conclusion:For the simplicity and flexibility,it can be used as fast,high throughput determination method for the other contamination in foods or environment.
