摘要:采用华东理工大学华昌聚合物有限公司的苯乙烯挥发抑制剂MERICAN 109等几种不同助剂复配优化出1种不饱和聚酯(UP)树脂专用低苯乙烯挥发助剂601,分别测试了不同的温度,固化和非固化条件,静态和动态条件下加入助剂后邻苯型UP树脂MERICAN 9708,间苯型UP树脂MERICAN 9405和阻燃型UP树脂MERICAN 9015的苯乙烯挥发情况及相关性能变化,并与市售的苯乙烯挥发抑制剂BYK 740和BYK 750进行了对比,结果表明,601的加入可以有效降低UP树脂苯乙烯的挥发,在9708和9015中601的效果要明显优于BYK 740,在9405树脂中601和BYK 740的效果相当,该助剂的加入对树脂的固化性能及对玻璃钢表面的粘接性能没有不利影响。
A low styrene emission additive 601 special for unsaturated polyester (UP) resins was optimized from the complex of styrene emission inhibitor MERICAN 109 and several different auxiliaries of Sino Polymer Co., Ltd.. The styrene volatile situation and the related performance changes after adding 601 in the phthalic type UP resin MERICAN 9708, isophthalic type UP resin MERICAN 9405 and flame retardant UP resin MERICAN 9015 were tested under different temperatures, curing and non-curing conditions, static and dynamic conditions and compared with those of commercial available styrene emission inhibitor BYK 740 and BYK 750. The results showed that volatile styrene of UP resin could be effectively reduced by the addition of 601. The effects of 601 in 9708 and 9015 were much better than those of BYK 740. The 601 and BYK 740 were quite effective in 9405. The addition of 601 had no adversely effects in the curing properties of the resin and glass steel surface adhesion properties.
