摘要:汽车水泵轴承的寿命与其承受的载荷关系密切,而载荷大小与回转构件的不平衡量有关,如何在计入不平衡量的条件下精确计算其载荷和寿命是目前面临的难点之一。建立了考虑构件偏心不平衡量的水泵轴承载荷及寿命的计算模型。以WR3258152型汽车水泵轴承为研究对象,研究了风扇和带轮的偏心不平衡量对汽车水泵轴承当量动载荷和寿命的影响。计算结果表明:风扇和带轮的偏心不平衡量会引起汽车水泵轴承两列滚动体径向载荷较大的波动,轴承的计算寿命也因风扇和带轮偏心不平衡量的变化而按照一定规律减少。
The life of auto water pump bearing is closely related to the loads acting on it. However, the bearing loads are affected by eccentric unbalances of the rotational structural components, and the calculation of the loads and prediction of the life for this kind of bearing are difficult. WR3258152 auto waterpump bearing is investigated. The load and life calculation model, which reckoning in the structural components' eccentric unbalance, for this type of bearing is developed. The effects of eccentric unbalances of the cooling fan and the driving belt wheel on the loads and life of the bearing are studied. The calculation and analysis results show that the radial loads on the roller set and ball set of auto waterpump bearing wave significantly under the actions of the eccentric unbalances of the cooling fan and the driving belt wheel. The life of the bearing also reduces regularly with the eccentric unbalances changing.
