摘要:The galvanic corrosion of the 25Cr2Ni2MoV welded joint was studied by potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test (EIS), and immersion test in different chloride ion concentrations. The results showed that the corrosion sensitivity of welded metal (WM) is greater than that of base metal (BM), which enhances the galvanic corrosion of welded joints. The corrosion depth increased with the chloride ion concentration growth, accompanying the film broken, and the cathode surface reaction transitioned from electrochemical activation control to diffusion control. A finite element model (FEM) of galvanic corrosion with corrosion products was established using the electrochemical parameters measured by the corrosion test. The results showed that the FEM simulation can effectively simulate the galvanic corrosion behavior and provides a basis for predicting the corrosion rate and the deposition products.
