摘要:采用乳液聚合合成了以聚丙烯酸丁酯/聚苯乙烯(PBA/PS)为核,PBA为中间层及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壳的胶乳。重点研究了聚合条件对丙烯酸酯类聚合物(ACR)各层粒径特别是核层乳液粒径及性能的影响。粒度分析表明:通过改变聚合工艺可以得到粒径不同的ACR胶乳,且具有明显的核壳结构。
Acrylic latex with PBA/PS as the core, PBA as the inter layer and the PMMA as the outer layer was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The effect of polymerization conditions on the particle size and emulsion property was studied. It was found that latex with different particle size was obtained by changing polymerization conditions, and the latex particles exhibited obvious core-shell structure.
