摘要:随着ODS替代工作的推进和深入,第二阶段HCFC替代工作也已启动。基加利修正案将HFC的淘汰工作提上了日程,使淘汰工作更加复杂和艰巨。经过CFC一11的淘汰和HCFC淘汰工作第一阶段的实施和宣传,以及技援项目的开展,涌现出了多种适应于不同行业需求的新的替代技术。对现阶段聚氨酯硬泡ODS发泡剂替代的可行技术方案进行了简述。
The second stage HCFCs phase-out work had also started with the pro alternative work. The Kigali amendment put HFCs's elimination work on the agenda, motion and deepening of ODS making the elimination of the job more complex and arduous. After the elimination of CFC-11 and the implementation and propaganda of the first phase of HCFCs elimination, as well as the development of technology assistance projects tive technologies had emceed in response to the needs of different industries. The feasible substitution for rigid polyurethane foam was briefly described. , a variety of new alterna- technical scheme of ODS substitution for rigid polyurethane foam was briefly described.
