摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves establishing a plasticity constitutive model to predict elastic-plastic of a bearing structure. Isotropy change damage of the plasticity constitutive model is determined. Long-term service of the bearing structure is determined. A load limit is estimated. A mechanical characteristic of a creep damage material is obtained based on a finite element analysis process. A local thinning defect pit of the bearing structure is determined. A failure mode of a plastic area is detected. A safety state of the bearing structure is determined. USE - High temperature bearing structure creep damage and volumetric defects safety evaluation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving long-term working efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a high temperature bearing structure.
