摘要:研究了单季戊四醇(Pentarerythritol,以下简称PE)、双季戊四醇(Dipentaerythritol,以下简称DPE)混合物的分离工艺。结果表明,在PE∶DPE=1.2∶1(mol∶mol)的条件下,PE与DPE的分离率不仅与结晶温度有关,而且结晶时间也有很大影响。30°C时,分离率随结晶时间的变化出现了最佳值,而0°C时分离率在一段结晶时间内保持不变,为80%左右;在0°C、30°C时,分离率随结晶时间出现极小值和极大值,这种复杂的关系与PE和DPE之间形成的复合物的种类有关。研究还表明,在分离过程中,DPE的结晶颗粒也发生了变化,结晶时间短,颗粒小,时间延长,小颗粒和大颗粒并存。
The separation technique of the mixture of pentaerythrito(PE)and dipentaerythritol(DPE)at the ratio 1.2∶1 was studied. The experiment results showed that the separation efficiency of PE and DPE related to crystalling temperature, and crystalling time had a great influece on it. At 30°C, the efficiency reached the optimum value when crystalling time was 16h, and it maintained constant at 80% for 16h at 0°C.Under the other separation conditions at the temperature between 0°C and 30°C, the efficiency occured the maximum and minimum values, which were due to the different compounds formed by PE and DPE. In addition, the particle size of DPE changed with crystalling time. The shorter the crystalling time, the smaller the size,and the larger one occured when crystalling time increased.
