摘要：分析了我国现行体教结合工作的弊端,并且大胆突破传统的"体教结合"思路,提出了全新的集竞赛组织、训练管理、文化学习、健康监控各项功能于一体的体育后备人才培养体系构建的基本原则和初步设想,并且以上海为例,从实际操作层面入手,构思并建立"上海市体教结合联盟",完成了联盟的组织结构、制度文件和管理体制的基本设计,得出了较为完整、科学、可行性强的上海市体育后备人才培养体系构建设想。
This article analyzes the problems of ＂ Combination of Sports and Education＂ and puts forward a new idea for establishing the training system o（ sports reserve personnel, which has the functions of competition organization, training management, literacy learning and health monitoring. Then taking Shanghai as an example, this article has designed the body of ＂ Board of Shanghai School Sports and Education＂ and established its organizational structure,work documents and management mechanism, which is a relatively complete and scientific reserve personnel training system with high teasibility.
