摘要:AgInS2 nanoparticles with orthorhombic structure were prepared via a wet chemical route at low temperature using water as solvent, thioacetamide as sulfur source and mercaptoacetic acid as capping agent. The morphology and composition as well as crystal phase of AgInS2 nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, EDS and XRD. The effects of reaction time on the crystal phase and the visible light photocatalytic degradation activity of AgInS2 nanoparticles were also investigated. The results showed that the extention of preparation time could improve the crystallinity as well as the visible light photocatalytic activity of the particles.
