摘要：治国理政是指一个国家的执政党用什么方式和方法治理国家,使其政治主张变为国家的意志和人民大众的行动,处理好执政党与国家政权之间的相互关系等,它是一个国家政治统治方式文明问题。作为社会主义国家,中国在讨论这个问题时还需考虑建立一个什么样的国家,怎样建设这样的国家等更为复杂的问题。论文从中国共产党治国理政思想对马克思主义的社会主义理论的贡献,对民主政治建设的理论贡献以及它在方法论上所具有的启迪三个方面做出说明。
The so-called government administration refers to a way and means of governing the country of a ruling party.It involves some problems such as： How does the ruling party put its political opinions into the state will and the masses action？ How to deal with the relationship between state power and a ruling party？ In addition,as a socialist country,China faces some other problems such as：What kind of countries should be established？ How to build this country？ This paper discusses these problems from three aspects： the contribution of the CPC＇s ideology in government administration to Marxist socialist ideology;its theoretical contribution to democratic and political construction;the methodological significance of the CPC＇s ideology in government administration.
