摘要：科学社会主义在新中国70年历程中的演进逻辑体系是:社会主义计划经济体制为新中国在国际体系中的出场奠定了前提基础;通过对内改革、对外开放有效破解了新中国在国际体系中践行科学社会主义的历史性难题;新时代中国特色社会主义开拓了科学社会主义在21世纪的新境界。因此,人们必须认识到:新中国70年的历史本质上就是一部既坚持了科学社会主义基本原则,又根据时代条件赋予其鲜明特色的发展史;改革开放前后两个历史时期在科学社会主义向度上的内在贯通性;应在坚持不懈推进新时代中国特色社会主义事业的征程中将21世纪的科学社会主义推向新境界。
2019 is the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the PRC. The evolution of scientific socialism in the new China of the past seventy years is as follows: the socialist planned economic system laid a foundation for the emergence of thenew China in the international system;the internal reform and opening-up to the outside world effectively solved the historic problem of the new China’spractice of scientific socialism in the international system;socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era expanded the new realm of scientific socialismin the 21 st century. Therefore, we should realize that the seventy years of the new China is essentially a history of development that not only adheres to thebasic principles of scientific socialism, but also endows it with distinct characteristics according to the conditions of the times;the two historical periods beforeand after the reform and opening-up are inherently consistent in terms of scientific socialism;and scientific socialism should be pushed to a new level in the 21 st century through the unremitting promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
