摘要：在人口持续膨胀,资源日趋短缺,环境污染不断加剧的情况下,发展资源节约型制造业成为我国实现工业化、现代化的必由之路。本文提出了对资源节约型制造业综合评价的包括4大要素和19个指标的评价体系,并运用该指标体系对2003年上海市制造业的资源节约使用情况进行了定量分析。这套指标体系将为其他各省市结合地区实际情况,制定资源节约型产业的发展政策提供参考依据。
It becomes the only way to realize industrialization and modernization in our country to develop the resource economizing manufacturing industry, It becomes the hot question that people gradually pay close attention to how to quantize the degree and influence factors of manufacturing industry. The evaluation index system has been proposed in the thesis including 4 key elements and 19 indexes. The situation of resource economizing of Shanghai manufacturing industry in 2003 has been analyzed with this index system, The set of indexes system will offer the reference for the development policies of the resource economizing type industry corresponding to the regional actual conditions of other provinces and municipalities,
