摘要:非晶型α-烯烃共聚物(APAO)作为高性能热熔胶基体树脂最有前途的替代品,其产品和技术长期遭受国外垄断,主要是由于缺乏对其分子链结构与性能关系的系统认知。通过对国内外代表性APAO产品的结构与性能进行对比研究,发现相对于国内低端产品,国外优质APAO产品具有较高的相对分子质量和丙烯含量,以及适当的乙烯序列分布,以致形成较厚片晶,从而具有较好的热性能。研究表明,可以通过提高丙烯含量和调节链序列分布开发性能优异的APAO产品。
As the most promising alternatives of high-performance hot melt adhesive matrix resin,the products and technologies of amorphous poly-α-olefin suffered from long term foreign monopoly,which was mainly because of the lack of the systematic cognition to the relationship between molecular chain structure and performance.In this paper,the structure and properties of representative APAO products from domestic and abroad were studied systematically.The results indicated that,compared with the domestic low-end products,foreign high quality products had higher molecular weight,higher propylene content and appropriate ethylene sequence distribution,so forming thicker lamella,and then resulting in better thermal stability and high temperature fluidity.Therefore,we can develop excellent APAO products by increasing propylene content and adjusting chain sequence distribution.
