摘要:用正交实验法以降粘率为考核指标 ,对合成的三元共聚物型油溶性降粘剂SL的工艺条件进行了优化 ,得到较佳的条件为 :以丙烯酸十二酯为大单体 ,丙烯酸十二酯与其他不饱和酸酐及不饱和酸酯的摩尔比 4∶1∶1,引发剂用量 5 % ,链转移剂用量 5 %。加入 2 g/LSL 5的辽河冷东 2号油 ,5 0℃的降粘率为 38.1%。
A series of oil soluble SL terpolymer consisting of lauryl acrylate and another 2 kinds of unsaturated esters were synthesized as higher temperature viscosity reductant for the extra viscous crude oil from Liaohe oil field, and the optimal synthetic conditions were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results were as follows: the molar ratio of lauryl acrylate to another 2 kinds of unsaturated esters were 4∶1∶1, the dosage of initiator and chain tranfer agent were 5% respectively. When 2 g/L of SL 5 were added into the Lengdong No.2 oil, the viscosity reducing rate was 38.1%.
