摘要:固态储氢具有储氢体积分数高、安全性好的优点,有望在氢储能领域推广应用。文章提出采用类固定管板式管壳换热器结构作为固体储氢容器,采用数值分析方法对典型工况下储氢容器的受力情况进行分析,基于分析设计方法研究了其安全性,并进一步开展了结构优化,有效降低了管板厚度。
Metal hydride hydrogen storage vessel has the advantages of high volume fraction of hydrogen storage and good safety,which is expected to be popularized and applied in the field of hydrogen energy storage.In this paper,the structure of fixed tube-and-shell heat exchanger was used as solid-state hydrogen storage vessel,and the stress of hydrogen storage vessel under typical working conditions was analyzed by numerical analysis method.Based on the analysis and design method,the safety of hydrogen storage vessel was studied,and the structural optimization for the vessel was carried out,which effectively reduced the thickness of tubesheet.
