摘要:研究了聚氯乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶共混体在交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)存在下的r-辐射交联效应。辐照剂量80kGy时,共混体凝胶分数可达52.4%。40kGy剂量下,凝胶分数随TMPTMA添加量而增大,随EPDM添加量先增大后呈下降趋势。测定了各条件下共混体的抗张强度T_s和体积电阻系数p_v,结果表明共混体适宜的交联条件为剂量40kGy、TMPTMA15Phr、EPDM8Phr。
The radiation crosslinking of PVC / EPDM blends is investigated in the presence of trifuctional monomer, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA) . At a absorption dose of 80 kGy gel yield of blends reaches 52.4%.It was found also, that when the absorption dose is 40 kGy, gel yield increases with increasing level of TMPTMA and reaches maximum at about 4 Phr EPDM, then decreases with further addition of EPDM.In our study, the volume resistivity (ρ_V) and tensile strenth (T_S) of the crosslinked blends are examined.Absorption dose 40 kGy, conten of TMPTMA 15 Phr and EPDM 8 Phr was found available for the radiation crosslinking of PVC / EPDM blends.
