摘要:用乙酸酐、丁内酯对重均相对分子质量为37500的ASO -1氨乙基氨丙基硅油改性 ,可抑制ASO -1的泛黄性 ,当酰化度≥48.87 %时 ,改性硅油整理织物的白度值比未改性对照样品增加1.5以上 ,但柔软性降低。采用乙酸酐酰化前加硅油重0.5%甲基三乙氧基硅烷MTES交联(产物记作MAS-1)或丁内酯改性后加0.6 %环氧化合物Epoxy交联(产物记作LAS-1) ,即交联与酰化串联的改性方案 ,可使整理织物的柔软性、折皱回复角、断裂与撕裂强度恢复到改性前ASO -1水平 ,而且织物的白度和吸湿性分别为MAS -1:72.9、233s;LAS-1:73.4、106s;对照ASO -1:71.4、>300s。
Modification of ASO-1 aminoethyl and aminopropyl silicone oil with weight-average relative molecular weight of 37500 with acetic anhydride and butyrolactone could inhibit the yellowing of ASO-1. When acylation degree ≥48.87%, whiteness value of the fabric treated with the modified silicone oil increased more than 1.5 compared with that of the control sample with the unmodified, but the softness of the former became lower. Before acylation with acetic anhydride crosslinking was effected by adding to silicone oil 0.5%(by weight )MTES(methyl triethoxysilane)(the product was recorded as MAS-1) or after modification with butyrolactone crosslinking was effected by adding 0.6% epoxy(the product was recorded as LAS-1), that is, the modification plan of crosslinking-acylating connected in series could made the softness, wrinkle recovery angle, breaking and tearing strength of the treated fabric restore to the levels of pre-modification ASO-1, and the whiteness and water absorbability of the fabric were respectively MAS-1: 72.9,233s; LAS-1: 73.4,106s; for the control, ASO-1: 71.4,>300s.
