摘要：Considering the difference of emergency response capacity in different geographical regions, a multi-objective route optimization model was constructed with the transportation cost, transportation risk and risk equity in consideration of emergency response capacity. The risk of hazardous materials road transportation was innovatively considered from the perspective of risk equity, and the feasibility of the model was verified through an example analysis. The experimental results show that the multi-objective model can effectively take into account the interests of the government, the transporter and the citizen, and the results are of certain reference value to the decision-makers. ? 2020 IEEE.
