摘要:通过对施焊时开裂的20钢弯头试样的裂纹宏观形貌观察、材料的化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口分析、金相检验等理化检验,并结合弯头的热推加工工艺进行失效分析。结果表明,该弯头产品存在原始裂纹,本次施焊过程造成贯穿性裂纹是由于原始裂纹受热扩展所导致的二次开裂。
A bend made of 20 steel was cracked in welding process. The analysis of macro shape, chemical composition and mechanic properties of the material, cracking section, metallurg, y and hot forming process was earried out. The result showed that there was original crack in this bend before welding. The penetrating crack appeared in the welding process was the second cracking from the original crack.
