摘要:我国每年炼钢冲渣生成大量的高炉冲渣水,其中蕴含庞大的中低品位余热资源,可以因地制宜用于北方的冬季采暖,但关键装备冲渣水换热器的发展制约了余热采暖技术的推广应用。在凹坑相关研究理论的基础上,对凹坑侧流道内冲渣水的传热流动特性进行了数值模拟分析,在通过试验验证模拟精度后,对模拟得到的数据进行处理并拟合出努塞尔数和范宁摩擦因子的特征数关系式,为该板型流道在冲渣水余热回收应用中的优化提供了理论支持;同时针对冲渣水特性改进了板式换热器的结构,并基于某余热采暖项目开发出了600 m 3/h新型板式换热器,且已成功运营多个采暖季,运营结果表明,该设备对冲渣水具有良好的适应性,在设计许可的压降下具有优于普通板式换热器的换热效率。
A large amount of washing blast furnace slag water is produced every year in China,which contains huge low-grade waste heat resource and can be used for winter heating in the northern China according to local conditions.However,the development of the key equipment-heat exchanger adapted for slag-water restricts the extensive application of waste heat heating technology.Based on the relevant studies of heat transfer enhancement on dimpled surface,the numerical simulation of the heat transfer and flow characteristics of slag-water in the channel of dimpled surface was carried out.After the simulation accuracy was verified by experiments,the data obtained through simulation was processed and the characteristic number equation of Nusselt number and Fanning friction factor were obtained through fitting,which provides theoretical support for the optimization of the channel built by dimpled plate in slag-water waste heat recovery application.Meanwhile,the structure of plate heat exchanger was improved according to the characteristics of slag-water.A new 600 m 3/h plate heat exchanger was developed based on a waste heat heating project and has been successfully operating for several heating seasons.The operation results show that the equipment has good adaptability to slag-water and has better heat transfer efficiency than the ordinary plate heat exchanger under the allowable design pressure drop.
