摘要:NOVELTY - A comb-type super-dispersant comprising ester group-containing repeating unit of (I) is new. USE - The new compound (I) is useful as pigment and filler in coatings, inks, battery conductive pastes and polymer systems (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A comb-type super-dispersant comprising ester group-containing repeating unit of formula (I) is new. R=H or methyl; R1=phenyl, carboxyl, 2-20C alkyl or COOR1; R1=1-18C-alkyl; R2=H, polyester or polyamide; R3=H, polyester, polyamide or at least one polyester or polyamide group contained in compound (I);and x, y=1-100. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of compound (I), which involves (a) synthesizing polyester-type solvated segments or synthetic polyamide-type solvated segments, and (b) carrying out graft polymerization of anchoring groups, where: the process for synthesizing polyester-type solvated segments involves mixing caprolactone and primary alcohol monomer, adding ring-opening polymerization catalyst, carrying out reaction at temperature of 60-180 degrees C for 2-48 hours, or mixing 12-hydroxystearic acid and primary alcohol, adding catalyst, and carrying out reaction at temperature of 60-180 degrees C for 2-48 hours; the process for synthesizing polyamide type solvated segment involves mixing water as initiator, caprolactone and primary alcohol, and carrying out reaction at temperature of 180-300 degrees C for 2-72 hours; and the graft polymerization of anchoring group involves adding grafting reaction catalyst with dioxane or tetrahydrofuran as solvent, and carrying out grafting reaction on prepared polyester or polyamide type solvent chain and maleic anhydride copolymer at 60-180 degrees C for 2-72 hours.
