摘要:分析了AZ31镁合金表面化学镀镍磷合金工艺中,温度对镀层硬度、沉积速率、耐腐蚀性、微结构及形貌等特性的影响。结果表明,在镀液pH值为6.5,化学镀时间为45 min时,施镀的最佳温度为85~90℃,所得到的镁合金表面镀层光亮,胞状组织均匀致密,与基体结合牢固,耐蚀性明显提高,并具有较高的硬度。
The effects of temperature on micro-hardness, depositing velocity, corrosion resistance, microstructure and morphology of the electroless plated Ni-P coatings on AZ31 magnesium were analyzed. The results revealed that the depositing temperature was an important parameter which influenced the coating performance greatly. The coatings with properties of bright surface, uniform and dense structure, strong adhesion with substrate, good corrosion resistance and so on were obtained when the depositing temperature was 85-90℃.
