摘要:对环氧丙烷水合反应的特性进行了深入的研究,建立了较符合实际的水合反应动力学方程。该研究突破了文献和实用经验中关于水合反应是慢反应的概念。研究表明预混合对水合反应具有显著影响,水合反应实际上是较快反应。根据反应特征,提出了管式反应器(带静态混合元件)的新构想,并通过实验和数学模拟,对工艺条件进行了研究,提出了适宜的工艺参数。根据本研究结果,水合反应丙二醇的选择性可达到93%以上。
The kinetics of hydration of propylene oxide to propylene glycol was studied andkinetics model was proposed.The model predictions were in good agreement with experi-mental results.It was found that premixing had significant effect on hydration process.Basedon the above investigation,a tubular reactor( with static mixing elements)was proposed forthe hvdration. The influence of operating conditions and design parameters of the processwere investigated based upon computer simulation and experiments.A selectivity over 93%could be obtained in the proposed reactor.
