摘要：教代会是教职工依法参与学校民主管理和民主监督的基本形式,具有广泛的群众性和代表性,拥有重要的民主政治地位。经过三十多年的建设,教代会已经成为我国高校管理体制的重要组成,但仍处于发展初期,需要不断地完善和创新。高校工会作为教代会的工作机构,在推进教代会制度建设中任重而道远。
The faculty congress is a fundamental form of democratic management and supervision for the faculties in the university. It is representative and of great democratic politic status. After more than thirty years' construction, the faculty congress has already been an important part of management system in Chinese universities, which needs to be improved constantly. The university labor union is working organ of the faculty congress and has great responsibility for promoting its institutional construction.
