摘要:Fe/SnO2 composites were prepared from oxalate precursors annealing at 500°C. The structures and morphologies of Fe/SnO2 composites were characterized with scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. The Fe/SnO2 composites showed faster response and recovery to H2S than the flowerlike clusters of SnO2 nanorods. The response of the composite sensors decreased with increasing temperature and increased with the increment of the Fe content. The highest response of the Fe/SnO2 composite sensors can be achieved to be 67.9 for 50ppm H2S at 250°C. The results show that the addition of Fe enhances the sensitivity to H2S and shortens the response and recovery time of the sensors. ? Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
