摘要：我国的大学生贷款主要以国家信用助学贷款为主,在申请时不需要抵押,但有相当一部分学生毕业后不能够按时还款,还有许多学生在毕业后就失去联系,每年对国家造成了不少的经济损失。更重要的,大学生是社会群体中文化层次和综合素质较高的群体,其淡薄的法制和诚信意识将不利于我国的长远发展。本文重点研究在学生的诚信意识和法制意识养成方面学校的做法,也对社会整体信用体系的建设提出建议。
Loans of domestic undergraduates are mainly student loans provided by the government, which don＇ t need mortgage. But a majority of students don＇ t pay back on time after graduated. Many of them lose contact. It does a large amount of economic loss. Undergraduate is a colony which has higher level of education and quality. Its poor legal and honest consciousness will go against with future development of our country. What schools can do in forming legal and honest consciousness of students is studied in this paper , It also makes suggestions in construction of society credit system.
