摘要:合成了一系列茂配体,在其中的一个茂环上引入多个甲基,制备了多甲基混合茂配体茂金属催化剂,以甲基铝氧烷为助催化剂,进行了烯烃聚合评价研究,并与市售的二氯二茂锆进行对比。实验结果表明,多甲基混合茂配体茂金属催化剂的催化活性与二氯二茂锆相当,最高可达7951 kg/(mol·h);可催化乙烯与1-己烯共聚,共聚物中1-己烯含量最高可达6.8%(x)。
A series of cyclopentadienyl ligands were synthesized,and several methyl groups were introduced into one cyclopentadienyl ring to prepare a metallocene catalyst with multi-methyl mixed with cyclopentadienyl ligands.In addition,methylalumoxane was used as a cocatalyst,and the evaluation of olefin polymerization was carried out.The results were compared with the commercial zirconium dichloride.The experimental results show that the catalytic activity of the metallocene catalyst with multi-methyl mixed with cyclopentadienyl ligands is comparable to that of zirconium dichloride,with a maximum value of 7951 kg/(mol·h).It can catalyze the copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene,and the content of 1-hexene in the copolymer can reach 6.8%(x).
