摘要:提出了用活性炭吸附处理柠檬酸发酵液的工艺条件及流程。探讨了温度、通量、停留时间、再生碱液浓度等对吸附、脱附操作的影响。解决了萃取法制柠檬酸操作时的界面污物现象,为充实该法制柠檬酸提供了依据。
A new method is proposed for treatment of citric acid fermentation liquid with active carbon adsorption. The effects are discussed of the temperature, flow rate, stopping flow and concentration of recycle alkali on the adsorption and desorption. The problem of emulsion forming between the two phases is solved in extracting process of citric acid. The fundamental data are adapted for this process.
