摘要:以逆流操作高效丝网波纹填料气液反应塔用于异丁香酚连续氧化 ,明显优于间歇臭氧化反应。香兰素得率达 86.4 % ;臭氧基本耗净 ,单耗 0 .31。与间歇反应比较 ,两个关键指标均相差近一倍 ,而且生产能力大幅度提高 。
It was more advantages than batch ozonization obviously to apply gas liquid reaction towers with corrugated gauze packing in countra flow to continuous ozonization of isoeugenol.The yield of vanillin could come up to 86.4% and the ozone consumption was only 0.31,which were twice and one half as compared with batch ones.Also,the capacity increased by a big margin.It provided the basis for industrialization.
