摘要:针对由供应商和生鲜电商组成的生鲜农产品供应链,本文考虑前置仓模式下送货到库和自提货物的不同提货方式,构建了供应商和生鲜电商分别投资追溯技术时的供应链决策模型。本文结合生鲜农产品的数量损耗和新鲜度损耗,分析了产品损耗系数对最优决策的影响,并探讨了投资追溯技术前后供应链利润的变动趋势。结果表明:当产品的库存可利用率在阈值范围内时,生鲜电商选择自提货物的方式可以提高自己的利润;供应商送货到库方式下增加远距离前置仓的订购量,能够使得供应链获得更大的利润;当供应链投资追溯技术时,生鲜农产品供应链的总利润比未投资追溯技术时都可以获得显著提高,供应链总利润与未发生质量耗损系数呈现正相关性;在送货到库方式下,生鲜电商投资追溯技术可以使供应链获得更大的利润,在自提货物方式下,供应商投资追溯技术可以使供应链获得更大的利润。
Since China′s fresh e-commerce industry is developing rapidly with the rise of platform economy and the rapid popularization of the Internet,many enterprises are involved in the field of fresh e-commerce.However,due to the freshness of consumer preference and the high frequency of purchase,the pre-position warehouse mode of fresh e-commerce has gradually become a new development trend.Many e-commerce enterprises adopt such mode to reduce intermediate links and shorten the distribution time,so as to ensure the freshness and quality of products and improve operation efficiency.Fresh agricultural products are different from ordinary products,which need refrigerated trucks in the transportation process,with relatively high logistics cost as well as quantity and quality loss.How to reduce the loss of products and improve the profits of the supply chain has become an important problem to be solved in the operation of the fresh product supply chain.In practice,fresh e-commerce has begun to apply traceability technology to reduce the loss of fresh products,which can not only identify the exact information of products by tracking products through labels,but also avoid losses caused by inaccurate inventory location of each node in the supply chain.Therefore,it is urgent to study the optimal decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain under the pre-position warehouse mode,and how to invest in traceability technology to reduce product loss,maximize supply chain profits,and improve the performance of fresh agricultural supply chain.This paper considers a fresh agricultural product supply chain composed of the supplier and the fresh e-commerce with two pre-position warehouses.The supplier can offer a single variety of fresh agricultural products to fresh e-commerce.In view of the freshness and perishability of fresh products,we combine the two cases of supplier delivery to warehouse and fresh e-commerce self delivery,then adopt the method of game theory to construct the supply chain decision model when supplier and fresh electricity supplier respectively invest in traceability technology.We analyze the influence of quantity loss,freshness loss and transportation distance on the decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain under pre-position warehouse mode.Then we discuss how to reduce the quantity loss and freshness loss of fresh products through traceability technology,investigate the optimal decision of fresh agricultural products supply chain under the investment traceability technology,and how to choose the way of delivery to maximize profits when investing in traceability technology.In the case of supplier delivery to the warehouse,the fresh e-commerce determines the optimal order quantity of agricultural products respectively according to the market demand function of the region where the two pre-position warehouses are located.The supplier shall transport the products to two different pre-position warehouses according to the order quantity of fresh e-commerce,then formulate the optimal wholesale price.The fresh e-commerce determines the optimal retail price in the region where the two pre-position warehouses are located for sales.In case of the fresh e-commerce self delivery,the fresh e-commerce determines the optimal product order quantity respectively according to the market demand function of the region where the two pre-position warehouses are located.The supplier determines the optimal wholesale price according to the order quantity of fresh e-commerce.The fresh e-commerce transports the products to two pre-position warehouses respectively,and then formulates the optimal retail price for sales.Finally,we study the influence of loss coefficient and other factors on the optimal decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain under different delivery conditions through the example analysis,then explore the change trend of supply chain profit before and after investment traceability technology.The research reveals that:(1)when the inventory availability of products is within the threshold range,the fresh e-commerce can improve its profit by choosing the way of self delivery.When the inventory availability of products exceeds the threshold range,the way of supplier delivery to the warehouse can improve its profit.(2)The supply chain can gain more profits by increasing the order quantity of long-distance pre-warehouse under the mode of supplier delivery to warehouse and increasing the order quantity of short-distance pre-warehouse under the mode of fresh e-commerce self-picking goods.(3)When the supply chain invests in traceability technology,the total profit of fresh agricultural products supply chain can be significantly improved than that without traceability technology,and the total profit of supply chain is positively correlated with inventory availability.(4)In the delivery to warehouse mode,the fresh e-commerce investment in traceability technology can make the supply chain obtain greater profits.In the self delivery mode,the supplier investment in traceability technology can make the supply chain obtain greater profits.From the above analysis,it can be seen that when the supplier invests in traceability technology,the profit of fresh e-commerce in the self delivery mode increases with the label cost of traceability technology,while the profits of supplier and supply chain decrease with the increase of traceability technology label cost.The supply chain can obtain more profits under the fresh e-commerce self delivery mode than under the supplier delivery to warehouse mode.However,the supplier can make greater profits in the fresh e-commerce self delivery mode than in the supplier delivery to warehouse mode,while fresh e-commerce can make greater profits in the supplier delivery to warehouse mode than in the self delivery mode.Hence,the supplier and the fresh e-commerce can make reasonable decisions according to specific conditions.
