摘要:在催化剂作用下 ,以过氧化氢为氧源直接氧化苯酚制备邻苯二酚和对苯二酚是很有竞争力的清洁工艺 ,具有很好的研究价值。本文对苯酚在铁复合氧化物催化剂作用下以过氧化氢直接氧化制苯二酚过程进行了实验研究 ,考察了过氧化氢分解、温度、过氧化氢加料量等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明 ,在 5 0~ 80℃范围内 ,温度变化对反应无影响 ,属于强放热快反应 ,过程受过氧化氢加料控制 ,过氧化氢宜采用滴加的方式加入 ,其最佳用量为苯酚质量的 35 %。在反应过程中 ,存在诱导期 。
The direct hydroxylation of phenol on catalyst by hydrogen peroxide to produce diphenol is a very competitively clean technology. In this paper, the hydroxylation of phenol on complex-oxide catalyst was studied. The effects such as temperature, decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, feeding amount and feeding rate of hydrogen peroxide etc. on the reaction results were studied experimentally. The results showed that it is a rapid and strongly exothermal reaction and the reaction rate is controlled by the feeding rate of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide should be dropped during the reaction, and the optimal mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to phenol is 0.35. The variation of temperature from 50°C to 80°C had no effect on the reaction. The catalyst had a induced reaction. The induction period could be reduced by initial addition of diphenol to the system.
