摘要：在近二十年的发展过程中,高校大学生志愿服务与志愿服务组织,不管是大学生志愿服务参与的人数、服务的范围与效果还是志愿服务组织的规模等都取得了显著成绩。但在志愿服务快速发展的同时,我国大学生志愿服务和志愿服务组织也暴露出一些问题。笔者立足新时代的大背景,基于上海高校大学生志愿服务现状和大学生志愿服务组织运行现状的实证调研,提出上海高校大学生志愿服务组织管理长效机制构建的现实路径。
In volunteer service and volunteer service organization of university students,whether the number of students volunteer ing,the scope of service or the scale of volunteer service organizations have achieved remarkable resultsduring the last twenty years.However,in the rapid development of volunteer service and organizations,there are some problems.Based on the background of new era and the present situation of the student volunteer service and organizations in Shanghai University,the author puts forwardthe re alistic approach to construct the long-term mechanism for the management of the student volunteer service and organizations in Shanghai University.
