摘要:NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin nanomaterial comprises (pts. wt.): polyolefin (50-90), nanoparticle (1-10), expanded flame retardant (10-65) and dispersing agent (0.5-5). USE - Halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin nanomaterial used for wire cable, automobile, and sports goods. ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial has excellent flame retardant effect and excellent mechanical property as compared with prior art polyolefin material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanomaterial which comprises vacuum drying polyolefin, expanded flame retardant and nanoparticle; uniformly mixing polyolefin, expanded flame retardant, nanoparticle and dispersing agent in high-speed mixer; mixing, plasticizing and granulating by screw extruder. Extruding and blending temperature is 120-300 degrees C; and extruding, injection molding or molding at 100-300 degrees C to obtain nanohalogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin material.
