摘要:以硅胶为催化剂,丙酮和甲醛可经常压缩合反应合成甲基乙烯基酮。本文探索研究了催化剂添加组份和硅胶细孔平均孔径对缩合反应的效应。实验结果表明,选用适当的硅胶催化剂,在适宜的反应条件下,产物甲基乙烯基酮收率可达65%以上,反应选择率可接近90%。并且硅胶可多次再生,重复使用,催化活性并无明显减退。
Atmospheric vapor phase catalytic condensation of formaldehyde with acetone for manufacture of methyl vinyl ketone has been studied. Effects of catalyst additives and surface structure of the catalyst on catalyst performance have also been observed. Over 65% yield of methyl vinyl ketone and about 90% seletivity based on formaldehyde can be obtained when appropriate SiO_2 catalysts and reactior conditions are employed.
