摘要:采用干法灰化处理、光谱纯镍为标准的火焰原子吸收光谱测定原料渣油的镍含量。以此渣油作为“二级标准”,二甲苯为稀释剂,用无火焰原子吸收光谱直接测定重油类试样中镍含量。对石墨炉有机相直接稀释测定镍含量的原子化/灰化的条件、稀释比以及干法灰化加固定剂的影响等进行了研究。回收和重复性实验表明,本方法回收率为93~107%,检测极限为60pg。
Some difficulties are met in the determination of trace Ni in heavy oils by direct dilution method in flameless atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) because of difference in components between the reference matrix and the sample. To solve this problem, the feedstock, the Ni content of which is quantitatively determined by a dry-ashing flame AAS method, is used as a reference. So a convenient and rapid method is presented for trace Ni determination in samples of high-grade heavy oils. Optimal conditions of atomization/ashing, dilution ratio and the influences of fixing agents on dry-ashing are investigated. The detection limit of Ni is 60 pg and the recovery rate is 93~107%. The sample amount and the determination time required in this method are much less than that required in the dry-ashing flame AAS. The determination method for Ni is applicable to other metals such as V, Fe, Cu, etc. in heavy oils.
