摘要:用复合催化剂一步直接合成乳酸/己内酯无规共聚物,研究了L-乳酸和ε-己内酯的溶液共缩聚反应。讨论了催化剂用量、反应时间、溶剂用量对产物特性粘数的影响。采用FTIR、DSC、WAXD等方法对乳酸/己内酯无规共聚物的结构进行了表征。对其结晶行为、晶体结构等进行了研究。
PLA-co-PCL copolyesters were synthesized directly by using a serf-made catalyst. The copolymerization reaction between l-lactic acid and ε-caprolacton has been studied. The effects of the catalyst weight, copolymerization time, solvent voltune percentage on [η] are discussed. The results of FTIB and DSC indicate that the structure of the product is PLA-co-PCL. The crystalline properties and crystal configuration of copolyestem were studied by WAXD.
