摘要:研究了文题物质的性能,考察了磺化程度对脂蛋白吸附效果的影响。结果表明,磺化羟丙基壳聚糖凝胶具有良好的选择吸附性能,是一种新型低密度脂蛋白吸附剂。可使血浆总胆固醇下降35%~60%,低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白下降60%~90%,而高密度脂蛋白无显著变化。干基吸附容量约为4~9mg/g(胆固醇/干胶),且干基吸附容量随磺化程度的提高而增大。
The selective adsorption of lowdensity lipoproteins (LDL) by hydroxylpropyl chitosangel sulfate (HPCSSGel) was studied. The effect of the extent of sulfation on the LDLadsorption was investigated. Experimental results showed that, HPCSSGel possessed good property for the selective adsorption of LDL, and it′s a novel LDLadsorbent. The reduction percentages were about 35% ̄60% for total cholesterol, about 60% ̄90% for LDL and very lowdensity lipoproteins. There was no significant changes for the level of highdensity lipoproteins. The adsorption capacity based on dry resin was from 4-9mg/g(cholesterol/dry resin), and it was improved with the increment of the extent of sulfation of HPCSSGel.
