摘要：网络意识形态安全事关国家安全和经济社会的稳定运行。传统主流意识形态的网络空间转向面临如下风险:由拟态环境与把关转移造成的政治功能弱化风险,由价值多元与“中空效应”造成的认同感物化风险,以及由碎微议题与娱乐至死造成的生产力式微风险。网络意识形态风险源自媒介具有的技术逻辑与意识形态属性的同构,同时时代背景、本质症结以及现实根源三个维度构成主要诱因。基于此,要从推进技术变革、培育价值认同、织密法治体系以及强化内容生产去探寻网络意识形态风险治理的基本策略。
Network ideology security concerns national security and the stable operation of economy and society.At present,the shift of traditional mainstream ideology in cyberspace faces the following risks:the risk of weakening political function caused by imitation environment and transfer of check;the risk of materialization of identity caused by value pluralism and“hollowing effect”;and the risk of diminishing productivity caused by fragmentation of micro-issues and entertainment to death.In essence,the risk of network ideology lies in the isomorphism of the technical logic and ideological attributes of the media.At the same time,the three dimensions of the era background,the essential crux and the realistic root cause constitute the main inducement.Based on this,it is necessary to put forward the basic strategies to manage the risk of network ideology from such aspects as promoting technological change,cultivating value identity,weaving the legal system,strengthening the content production,etc.
