摘要：NOVELTY - The utility model claims one method for improving hydro-thermal high hydrogen utilization rate in the flow's device. After hydrogenation fraction oil, gas product with hydrogen under high pressure through the first thermal high pressure separator inlet is set's inertia separation distributor taking's primary gas-liquid separating, gas phase to subsequent system; Liquid phase enters the thermal low pressure separator, thermal low pressure separator in the first step by spray flash technology taking primary separation to release the one part of distributing (mainly hydrogen), gravity settling is divided into gas phase and liquid phase, still dissolved in the hydrogen and part of micro-bubble's low heat oil through centrifugal degassing method's second step taking under the pressure of gas phase part by cyclone separation or coalescent separating with the liquid after removing clean out device's fraction oil subsequent. The utility model improves the hydrogenation device through the hydrogenation fraction oil contained in the hydrogen's recovery rate, but also can be used for other process's for hydrogen recovery.
