摘要:四甲基二苯甲烷(TMDM)作为生产二苯酮四酸二酐的重要中间体,其较低的反应效率限制了其下游产品生产。本文采用三聚甲醛(FA)和邻二甲苯(OXY)为原料,在硫酸催化下合成了四甲基二苯甲烷,并对原料配比、反应温度、催化剂浓度、乙酸用量等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,在n(OXY)∶n(FA)=6∶1,110℃,硫酸浓度为70%,乙酸用量0.9 mol时,TMDM收率可达68%。通过红外光谱和核磁共振对产物结构进行了表征,并通过数学模型法求解了该反应的表观动力学方程,为之后的工业化放大提供了一定的理论依据。
Tetramethyldiphenylmethane(TMDM)is an important intermediate for benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride,but the low reaction yield limits its downstream application.In this paper,trioxymethylene(FA)and o-xylene(OXY)were used as raw materials to synthesize tetramethyl diphenylmethane catalyzed by sulfuric acid.The synthesis conditions such as raw material ratio,reaction temperature,catalyst concentration and the amount of acetic acid were optimized.The yield of TMDM could reach up to 68%,when reaction temperature was n(OXY)∶n(FA)=6∶1,110℃,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 70%and the amount of acetic acid was 0.9 mol.The chemical structure of TMDM was also characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance,and the apparent kinetic equation of the reaction was solved by mathematical model method,which provided a theoretical basis for industrial scale-up works.
