摘要：NOVELTY - A diarylethylene-type compound (I) is new. USE - New diarylethylene-type compound is used in pesticidal composition for controlling pest chosen from Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, Orthoptera, Isoptera and Diptera, and high-throughput screening of insecticide (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A diarylethylene-type compound of formula (I) or its optical isomer, cis-trans isomer or salt, is new. R1,R2=5- or 6-membered (halo)heterocyclyl containing N, O and/or S, or phenyl optionally substituted by group Z; R3,R4=H, 1-4C alkyl, allyl, benzyl, 1-4C alkoxy-1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl or phenoxycarbonyl; R5,R6=H, 1-4C alkyl, allyl, benzyl, 1-4C alkoxy-1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl or phenoxycarbonyl; or R5+R6,R3+R4=-CH2-CH2- or -CH2-CH2-CH2-; R7-R13=H, 1-4C alkyl, halo, 5-6-membered aryl optionally substituted by group Z, or 5-6-membered heteroaryl optionally substituted by group Z; or R8+R9,R10+R11,R12+R13=5-6-membered aryl or 5-6-membered heteroaryl (all optionally substituted by group Z); R14=1-4C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy; X=nitro, cyano, trifluoromethyl, trifluoroacetyl or trifluoromethylsulfonyl; Y'=N or CH; Z=S, O or NH;and group Z=halo, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C haloalkyl, 1-4C haloalkoxy, 2-6C (halo)alkenyl, 2-6C (halo)alkynyl, 1-4C alkoxy-1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl or 2-6C alkenylcarbonyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) pesticidal composition, which comprises 0.001-99.99 wt.% compound (I), and carrier and/or excipient; (2) method for controlling pests, which involves applying the pesticidal composition to affected plant, and irradiating with light having wavelength of 310-380 nm; (3) preparation of diarylethylene-type compound (I); (4) diarylethylene-type compound of formula (II); and (5) high-throughput screening of insecticide, which involves adding the compound (I) into predetermined concentration of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor solution, adding competitive ligand of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor in gradient concentration, determining the IC50 of the competitive ligand by fluorescence polarization technique, and screening active or highly- active ligand.
