摘要：在传统制备超氧化物歧化酶的基础上,用亲和色谱法制备了高纯度牛血红细胞 SOD。其比活达到6256 u/mg 蛋白;分子量为31300 d;等电点为4.93;酶的最大紫外吸收在258.8nm;氨基酸组成分析表明牛血 SOD 不含色氨酸。
Based on the conventional preparation method for SOD,the wayusing affinity chromatography to obtain high purity SOD from the bovine red cellswas described.The specific activity of the purified SOD reaches 6256U/mgprotein,with molecular weight of 31300 dalton,isoelectric point of 4.93 andmaximum UV absorption at 258.8 nm.The analysis on amino acid compositionindicates that bovine SOD contains no Trp.
