摘要:在硫酸钠水溶液中通过电化学插层剥离阳极石墨棒获得了石墨插层化合物(GIC),以此为原料,在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶剂中进一步超声剥离,制备了高浓度石墨烯分散液。结果表明:电化学插层剥离得到的GIC层间距较石墨的层间距大,使其易于剥离成石墨烯。石墨烯分散液浓度达到11.47mg/mL,收率为37%。所制超级电容器的比电容为162F/g。
Graphite intercalation compounds(GIC)was achieved by electrochemical intercalation and exfoliation of graphite rod in Na_2SO_4 aqueous solution,and then with the assistance of ultrasonication,graphene dispersion in NMP was prepared using GIC as raw material.The results showed that GIC prepared by the electrochemical intercalation and exfoliation of graphite rod had larger layer space than graphite,which made GIC easy to be exfoliated into graphene.The concentration of graphene dispersion was 11.47 mg/mL and the yield was up to 37%.The specific capacitance of supercapacitor was 162 F/g.
