摘要:目的研究桑椹的抗氧化及抑制酪氨酸酶活性。从羟自由基清除率、还原力和抑制脂质过氧化能力、酪氨酸酶抑制实验等角度研究了桑椹水提物、50%乙醇提取物、95%乙醇提取物等的体外抗氧化活性。在清除羟自由基、清除DPPH和抑制酪氨酸酶方面,桑椹提取物清除率从强到弱依次是水提物、50%乙醇提取物和95%乙醇提取物;其水提物抑制酪氨酸酶的IC50值为12.35mg/mL。在还原力方面,其还原能力从强到弱依次是50%乙醇提取物、水提物和95%乙醇提取物。桑椹粗提物的总黄酮含量范围是4.11~15.84mg/g。从结果可以看出,桑椹具有良好的体外抗氧化活性和抑制酪氨酸酶作用,可能与其水溶性成分相关,可进一步开发研究。
The aim is to measure the antioxidant activity and its inhibitory effect on tyrosinase of three mulberry's extracts.In the study,hydroxyl radicals scavenging activity assay,reducing power assay and lipid peroxidation assay were used,as well as tyrosinase Inhibition test.On the hydroxyl radicals scavenging activity assay,DPPH assay and tyrosinase inhibition test,the antioxidant activity and the inhibitory Effect on tyrosinase of extract in deionized water,in 50% ethanol and in 95% ethanol were shown from high to low.And the IC50 of its water extract in tyrosinase inhibition test is 12.35 mg/mL.On reducing power assay,the antioxidant activity of extract in 50% ethanol was stronger than the extract in deionized water or in 95% ethanol.Otherwise,total flavonoids content of mulberry extracts were 4.11 ~15.84 mg/g.The results show that mulberry has good antioxidative activity and inhibitory effect on tyrosinase.The results could lay good foundation for further studies.
