摘要:在 2 .8m大型冷模塔板上 ,研究了双溢流扩张流和收缩流两种情况下塔板液体流动状况。考察了液流强度、堰径比、外堰高、降液管下口高等对板面液体流动的影响。实验表明 ,扩张流塔板存在严重回流和滞流现象 ,收缩流塔板面液体停留时间有明显差异。
Liquid flow situation on a 2.8m cold test tray has been studied for twopass plate of both sidetocenter and centertoside flow. The influences of the liquid weir load, weir/diameter ratio, outlet weir height and underflow clearance height on the liquid flow situation were observed. Experimental results showed that highly recirculation flow area exists on the sidetocenter tray and clear difference of the liquid residence time exists on the centertoside tray.
