摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of microchannel reactor suitable for high pressure high temperature reaction condition, involves: preparing anode oxidation preparation catalyst carrier, braze welding anode aluminum oxide base plate and folded microchannel structure form in microchannel reactor, using lap joint manner, welding in pre-heating box type resistance furnace, welding rear water cooling of solid solution treatment, and heating at 150-180 degrees C for 1 hour. USE - For preparing microchannel reactor for high pressure high temperature reaction condition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode oxidation prepare one layer alumina catalyst carrier in aluminum substrate, increase the adhesive force of catalyst carrier and substrate, solves the problem that the stainless steel substrate and the force vector of difference of catalyst. The anode oxidation preparation of catalyst carrier has high porosity, large specific surface area and uniform aperture of distribute. The integrated reactor has good heat transfer mass transfer property, good heat stability, high economic efficiency and is easy to operate, has obvious application prospect.
