摘要:运用Aspen Plus软件,对某公司8万t/a丙烯酸正丁酯生产装置进行了流程模拟,模拟结果与实际值吻合良好。在此基础上,分别对洗涤塔、醇拔头塔和酯提纯塔的工艺参数进行了模拟优化,确定了优化后的工艺参数:洗涤塔溶剂比为0.26,洗涤塔进料温度确定为35℃,醇拔头塔回流比为1.50,酯提纯塔回流比为0.80,酯提纯塔塔顶馏出率为0.96。在此条件下,丙烯酸正丁酯产品质量分数达到99.63%,洗涤塔换热器以及醇拔头塔和酯提纯塔再沸器的总能耗降低5.66%。
The process simulation of 80 000t/an-butyl acrylate device was carried out by using Aspen Plus simulation software.The simulation results agree well with actual value.The effect of process parameters on washing tower,alcohol topping tower,and esters purification tower were investigated.The results are listed as follows:The solvent ratio of washing tower is 0.26.The feed temperature of washing tower is 35℃.The reflux ratio of alcohol topping tower is 1.50.The reflux ratio of esters purification tower is 0.80.The output ratio of esters purification tower is 0.96.After optimization of process parameters,the purity of n-butyl acrylate is 99.63%.The total heat load of washing tower,alcohol topping tower,and esters purification tower is decreased by 5.66%.
