摘要：城市工程建设项目涉及具体的城市改造和开发工作,不同利益主体对城市工程建设项目存在差异性利益诉求,其存在的利益冲突和风险问题可能影响到工程建设项目的顺利推进以及城市公共安全。为了确保城市的可持续发展和社区居民的安居乐业,必须有效地治理和应对城市工程建设项目中的相关风险。政府和居民作为核心利益相关者,在城市工程建设项目中应协力互助;商户和租户作为潜在利益相关者,应在城市工程建设项目中进行多方利益协商;技术机构和公共平台作为边缘利益相关者,需加强技术安全建设,并建立更为完善的平台机制。
Urban engineering construction projects involve specific urban renovation and development work.Different interest groups have varying demands regarding urban engineering construction projects.The existence of conflicts of interest and risk issues can hinder progress of projects and threaten urban public safety.To ensure sustainable urban development and the well-being of community residents,it is necessary to effectively manage and respond to relevant risks in urban engineering construction projects.Government and residents,as core stakeholders,need to collaborate in projects;merchants and tenants as potential stakeholders should engage in multi-party interest negotiations in such projects;technical organizations and public platforms,as peripheral stakeholders,need to strengthen technical security construction and establish more comprehensive platform mechanisms.
