摘要:本文用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了食品添加剂二氧化钛中重金属铅的含量。在0 80ng/mL的线性范围内,其相关系数R2为0.996,回收率在100.9%111.7%,相对标准偏差为4.0%,检出限与定量限分别为0.68ng/mL和2.3ng/mL。该方法稳定、可靠,适合于食品添加剂二氧化钛中重金属铅的测定。
Determination of the content of lead in the titanium dioxide by GF-AAS was studied.During the range line of 0 80ng / mL,the correlation coefficient(R2) was 0.996,recovery was between 100.9% 111.7% and relative standard deviation was 4.0%.The limit of detection and limit of quantition was 0.68ng / mL and 2.3ng / mL.That would be supplied an analytical method for the stuff of food industry inspection.
